Crystal
Engineering specializes in pressure calibration and measurement
equipment intended for field use, not just well controlled laboratory
environments. These Pressure Calibrators and Digital Pressure Gauges
have very accurate "of reading" specifications, and they are not
derated for temperature effects over their specified operating
temperature range.
To
assure these specifications, each gauge and calibrator is thoroughly
tested under varying environmental conditions, in test chambers.
Testing is automated - high accuracy pressure controllers from DH
Instruments control applied pressure, and all test data is recorded to
dedicated network servers, with fully automated (robotic tape handling)
archival backup. All test results are stored, and accessible by product
serial number.
All
design work - mechanical, electrical, firmware and test software, is
done in-house.
