	Nova-Strobe Portable Stroboscopes At Monarch Instrument, we're setting the standard for performance and quality with our family of portable and machine vision, high performance, digital Stroboscopes. The Nova-Strobe DB Plus, PB and PALM Strobe are CE certified and include N.I.S.T. Certificates of Calibration. Palm Strobe also has a patented design and unique features. The Nova-Strobe BB and DB Plus models are lightweight 2-1/2 lbs. Industrial Flexible Fiberscope Inspection Tools Based on innovative new fiber optic technology, the flexible cable of the fiberscope fits into holes as small as ½ inch diameter – allowing you to look behind walls, down into drains, inside engines, or hundreds of places without costly demolition or disassembly! The high-resolution lens provides a clear image of objects as close as ¾ inch and over one foot away while providing a wide 40 degree field of view. A powerful lamp illuminates dark crevices on-demand with the push of a button conveniently located on the handle. The ergonomically designed handle is comfortable to hold and allows one-handed focuses and light activation.
	Tachometers Monarch manufactures a wide range of hand-held portable tachometers capable of measuring speeds up to 250,000 RPM. Either the Bench or Panel Mount Tachometers are capable of measuring speeds to 999,990 RPM. Most products are available as individual instruments or packaged in kits including accessories. Models are available with N.I.S.T. Calibration and certain models meet European EMC requirements and carry the CE mark.
Ultrasonic Leak Detectors Ultrasound works by detecting the high frequency sound associated with friction, arcing and turbulence in industrial systems. These sounds are translated/converted down to the audible range where they can be heard in the headset and viewed on the meter. Translation is done by heterodyning --comparing the incoming signal with one generated by the meter. Our meters are most sensitive to sounds around 40 kHz, that's twice the frequency of the best human hearing. Because we focus on a specific band of sound... wind noise, industrial noises, voices, traffic, and most normal operational sounds will NOT be detected. You can actually yell directly into the sensor and hear nothing. This exact frequency focus allows for precise leak detection and bearing defect discovery.
	Examiner 1000 Vibration Meter and Electronic Stethoscope The Examiner 1000 is a hand-held, battery-powered overall vibration meter and electronic stethoscope. It is the perfect tool for trending overall vibration readings in process equipment such as: Rolling Element Bearings Motors- AC/DC Pumps Gearboxes Compressors Fans MicroVibe-P Pocket PC-based FFT Vibration Analyzer Low-cost, compact and lightweight, the MicroVibe-P offers a wide range of analysis capabilities – vibration, time-waveform, and FFT spectrum plots in user-selectable (English or metric) measurement units.  It provides technicians with judgment criteria based on ISO standards, enabling an immediate assessment of a machine's condition.  In addition, this new MicroVibe-P model offers FFT spectrum analysis to identify abnormal bearing function using enveloped acceleration – a proven diagnostic method traditionally available only in higher end condition monitoring hardware and software products.
