Adapters and Hoses

Quick Test (QT) Hose Assemblies
Quick Test Hose assemblies can be furnished in any length, up to 5000 ft, with either a knurled brass nut and probe end or a stainless steel 1/4" stub end. The hose has an extremely small diameter (.070"), is very flexible and has a very high pressure rating (6900 psi). This flexibilty, light weight and high rating make it ideal when high pressure must be transmitted for calibration.

Fittings and Adaptors
Used to adapt one or both ends of the hose to the commonly used ports. Ralston Instruments adaptors are made of brass and will not rust.

The MB and FB adaptors have an optional internal check valve which opens when the hose is attached.

The Quick Test Calibration ManifoId Includes:

  1. Microbore inlet hose (you specify the length) with 1/4" NPT connection for the tank and quick disconnect (wIth built-in check valve) for manifold.
  2. Brass block calibration manifold with quick disconnect hose connections on both ends, metering inlet valve, bleed-off valve, fine adjustment piston and connection for gauge.
  3. Microbore outlet hose with 1/4" NPT adaptor for connection to instrument to be calibrated (24" long).
